Royal Cottages are a row of four flint & brick terraced cottages situated near Mundesley beck. The cottages take their name from the nearby Royal Hotel, which dates back to the time of Nelson. We do not know exactly when the cottages were built but they are probably 150+ years old.

The Cottage for hire is the most easterly of the row of cottages (R/H Cottage above) which, we believe, was once known as ‘Anchor Cottage’ The cottage is well situated in the seaside village, being only 200 yards from the sandy beach and 5 minutes walk to Mundesley’s shops and amenities.
